Working at AGIMA
Knowledge at AGIMA
With the dynamic development of our employees, we are able to quickly scale-up production and raise the quality level of the product.
Therefore, the key criterion for hiring is the ability to absorb knowledge quickly and to develop. When you come to the company, you get a grade that matches your level of competence.
Grades are reviewed on a regular basis, so your growth in the company depends only on your desire to learn. Immediately after the probation period, we will pay for half of the tuition fees for your specialty. If you would like to study in a related field, we have in-house regular meetups from the company's leading experts.
We are speakers and co-organizers of the majority of profile conferences in the country, including RIF+KIB, RIW, APW, and others. You are welcome to join almost any conference for free, and later we will help you to become a speaker at one of them.
Large scale projects, complex systems
Large companies recognize us as a leader in web, mobile, and analytics. Major customers come to us with very complex projects, focused on the mass user. These projects involve complex integration and high loads.
We have been working with our customers for many years. We rely on an extensive pool of product expertise and experience gained over the years on large projects.
Constant development and high demands are the standard where we are in our element.
We avoid bureaucracy and empower our people to make responsible decisions.
We have a horizontal management structure where reasoning and arguments matter the most. Our management system is designed to resolve issues in a direct, respectful, and professional manner. No one at AGIMA can make you do something you do not believe in.
We have built an attractive multi-story office 500 meters from the Kremlin, where the entire team is located and that is always very welcoming.
We don't only meet up in the office. Every summer we hold AGIMA Camp, where hundreds of employees, their families, friends, and partners gather. We leave the office for a few days, share knowledge with each other, celebrate achievements, relax, and cook traditional plov together. At the end of each year, in a formal setting, Alexander Bogdanov sums up the results, sets tasks for the next year, and selects and rewards the best employees of the year. These and many other traditions remain constant and unchanging from year to year.
